This is a varied role and you will be responsible for proactively generating new business, retrieving lapsed accounts and also account managing their existing clients. Other duties will encompass, responding to incoming queries and quotations and accurately updating client information and data onto an in house system. Being able to demonstrate a clear understanding of your client’s requirements is essential, in order to provide an outstanding service and to maximize profitability for the organization. You will be a skilled negotiator, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets within the steel industry, whilst securing new business opportunities. The role would suite a commercially aware sales professional, skilled at forging and maintaining long term client relationships.
